The A.R.T Computers & Data Services website is in the Data Networking Industry and provides Internet Access , Network Hardware Sales, Network Support and Network Fault Resolving for establishments based in South Africa. The A.R.T Computers & Data Services website caters for the following establishments :

• Home User
• SME Business

Quotations / Orders and VAT

• Quotations
• All quotations are subject to E & OE.
• Prices may change without prior notification [unless Quotation stipulates a time period of no change]

• Orders
• If Selling to an Business entity , a PO will have to be generated before Order process can continue.
• If Selling to an Business entity , a Signature will have to accompany the PO.
• If Selling to a Natural Person , Payment will have to be made and confirmed before Order process can continue.
• A.R.T Computers & Data Services reserves the right to Accept or Reject any Order , no matter what the reason is.

• We are VAT registered ArthursComputers

Payment Methods

Users may use the following methods to make a payment to the Establishment :

• Mastercard credit card via Thirt
• Visa credit card via Thirt
• Inter account transfer EFT

A.R.T Computers & Data Services uses the Thirt payment gateway for credit card transactions. No credit card information is retained in any databases / pages controlled by the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website. All credit card information is sent directly to Setcom who provides the secure payment.
All transactions are in South African Rands.
The User agrees to provide accurate information to Thirt as required.

Allowed use and license

Users may not use the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website for :

• Disclosing, sharing or publishing material that is offensive, defamatory, infringing,
• Harmful purposes,
• Illegal purposes
  
  If the User utilises content from the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website in breach of the provisions detailed above then:
• A.R.T Computers & Data Services shall not be liable for any damage, loss or liability, that resulted from the use of such content by the User or any other party who obtained any content from the User.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property on the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website including databases, source code, logos, patents, icons remain the property and trademark (where applicable) of the relevant organization.

Changes and amendments

A.R.T Computers & Data Services reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time without prior notice :

• change the terms and conditions
• change pricing on services without prior notification
• change the content, services or source code on the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website

Privacy

A.R.T Computers & Data Services shall take all reasonable precautions to protect the personal information of Users and Establishments.

A.R.T Computers & Data Services may electronically collect, store and use the following personal information of Users and Establishments for the purpose of Contacting them or for authentication purposes:

• name and surname
• email address
• postal address
• postal code
• home phone number
• cell number
• user selected username and password
• ip address

Security

A.R.T Computers & Data Services shall take all reasonable precautions to secure the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website and any information provided by Users and Establishments . However, A.R.T Computers & Data Services does not make any warranties or representations that content will be 100% secure or safe.
A.R.T Computers & Data Services is under no legal obligations to encrypt any content or any communications from and to Users.
A.R.T Computers & Data Services is also under no legal obligation to provide digital authentication of any pages on the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website.


Users may not deliver any damaging code to the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website, whether on purpose or by accident, such as viruses, spyware, hacking and cracking software and other well known methods.
Notwithstanding criminal prosecution, any person who delivers any damaging code to the A.R.T Computers & Data Services website, whether on purpose or negligently, shall without any limitation, indemnify and hold A.R.T Computers & Data Services harmless against any and all liabilities, damages, losses and risks that A.R.T Computers & Data Services or Establishments might suffer as a result of such code being delivered.

A.R.T Computers & Data Services shall not be liable for any damage, loss or liability of any nature incurred by whomever and resulting from :
